Lemon Ginger Honey Tea

Out of all the days in a year to catch a cold … A few days before Christmas! 😦
I need to get better asap! What better way then to make a Lemon Ginger Honey tea, which I have been making for years, and so I would like to share this cold relief remedy with you.
This tea will instantly warm you up.

-2 fresh sliced lemons
-A chunk of ginger peeled and sliced (I like the heat of ginger so I always add a larger piece)
-3 heaping tablespoons of honey
-2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)

-Add the above-noted in a teapot
-Boil water then pour directly over ingredients in the teapot

Lemon- antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting
Honey- antibacterial, antioxidant, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral
Ginger: antiviral, anti-inflammatory, aids digestion, effective against human respiratory syncytial virus
Rosemary- anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting
