Hi, my name is Anna.
I live in Toronto, Ontario.
And I am pretty sure I am going through something called a “quarter life crisis”.

Symptoms include the following:

-You’re twentysomething
-Working at a job you just tolerate
-Living in a city you wouldn’t mind leaving
-You only order black coffee
-You want a change, but you don’t exactly know what you want
-Budgets terrify you
-You feel certain if you could just take that first step, then life would fall into place

Yup, I have checked a yes next to all of the points above (and I’m sure you have too). Wait…..except the ordering black coffee thing, no way! I’m always ordering the flavoured lattes, with extra hot milk, no foam and three shots of espresso.

I’m not saying I don’t have an awesome life, I know I do.

I live with my husband and our two hyper, awesome frostons (frenchie/boston terrier mixed) dogs. I love to eat, drink, travel (who doesn’t right?) but when I say eat, drink and travel I think I take it to a whole nother level. I have a greater appreciation and fascination of what people create when it comes to food. When I’m traveling, I am seeking out the top places to eat for that city. And I am pretty certain everyone around me has caught on as I am known as the “go to” person for what recipe to use when making something and all my friends and family only get me cookbooks and kitchen gadgets as gifts. (So much I am literally running out of space in my home).

I really enjoy cooking, baking, socializing and most of all daydreaming (a lot).
So as I continue to do all of the above, I thought I would share some of my findings/inspirations and creations with you.

Hopefully my journey to blog will overcome this “crisis thingy”.

Thanks for viewing!
